Terms and Conditions
Payment: A deposit of £100 for large and £75 for small fountains, forwarded with completion of the booking form.
Payment of Balance: The balance to be paid not less than 14 days prior to the date of the event. If payment is not received by that date, the booking may be classed as a cancellation.
Cancellations or Changes by the Client: Cancellations or changes to the booking will only be accepted in writing from the party organiser. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation charge.
Denial of service: Champagne & Chocolate Fountains of Oxford reserve the right to refuse service to any person whose condition, in the opinion of Champagne & Chocolate Fountains of Oxford interferes, or is likely to interfere with the enjoyment of the service by other participants. If at any point during the function Champagne & Chocolate Fountains of Oxford’s staff or equipment are threatened or harmed, Champagne & Chocolate Fountains of Oxford reserves the right to leave the function without refunding any money paid.
Failure of Equipment: In the unlikely event of the fountains failing during a function, Champagne & Chocolate Fountains of Oxford will refund a proportion of balance (not including deposit) in relation to the amount of function time left.
Food Allergies: Champagne & Chocolate Fountains of Oxford cannot guarantee that the chocolate and dips provided have not come into contact with nuts during manufacture.
Champagne & Chocolate Fountains of Oxford’s
Liability: In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend your
function due to circumstances within our control, we will pay you a full
refund. However, when circumstances are beyond our control, we will be
unable to offer a full refund.
