No, we offer a fully managed service. At least two uniformed attendants will deliver, assemble and manage the full event. When your event is over we will disassemble and take the Chocolate Fountain, used skewers and serviettes away.

Are dips included in the quoted price?

Yes – the price includes a choice of five dips. We will be happy to provide further dips if required, although we have found from experience that 5 are sufficient.

What dips do you provide?

You can choose from strawberries, marshmallows, fudge, bananas, Turkish delight, profiteroles with fresh cream, pineapple, crystallised fruit, dried fruit, Satsumas, and even exotic fruits marinated in alcohol. In fact anything edible that goes with chocolate. We would strongly advise not to use anything crumbly.

Does it get messy?

It could do, however, our trained operators will take care of any spillages and keep the table looking as clean as it was at the beginning of the evening.

What would happen if I stick my fingers or head in the chocolate?

Sorry, we know it is hard to resist, but if you do, because of hygiene regulations, we would have to switch the fountain off and clear away, therefore spoiling the evening for the hosts and the other guests. Why not just stick to the fabulous dips provided?

Can the chocolate fountain be used in the open?

It is not suitable for use in the open air, because of wind disrupting the flow and temperature of chocolate; however, we have had successful events in marquees.

What drinks can go into the Champagne fountain?

These fountains are very versatile and can serve any beverage required including Champagne, fruit juice, punch or wine. Should you fill the fountain with a smooth orange juice, you can offer your guests orange juice from the iced fountain, Champagne from chilled ice buckets or a mixture of both for Bucks Fizz. All our fountains are supplied complete with a trained uniformed attendant who will not only greet and serve your guests from the fountain, but will also serve other beverages you may wish to make available to your guests whilst we are running the chocolate fountain.
